The result is a food experience that is truly the taste of Thailand. We also have the best and freshest selection of fish in Puerto Viejo, offer Japanese Dishes and feature fresh Sushi on Saturdays.

Apart from the main restaurant that seats 50 people, Chile Rojo also has a quiet outside terrace situated in a garden setting. We specialize in creating exotic cocktails at very affordable prices. We serve you everything from beer to fine wine and the perfect Martini. Happy Hours daily from 6 pm - 8 pm.

"Shiok" (pronounced 'she-oak') is a Malaysian-Singaporean slang word roughly meaning "damn good", "heavenly" or "yummy" that is a common expression of their love of good food. We try to recreate the same Asian magic in our kitchen.
