Started the evening with Carpaccio: Filet mignon--sliced very thin, served with tartar sauce and lemon juice. Steve had a shrimp and cheese appetizer with a kick. Large portions and delicious! Next came the large shrimp scampi in a light coconut sauce served with rice and vegetables, and Filet Mignon in a smooth pepper sauce. If that wasn't enough, ended the evening with banana flambé and baked pineapple with ice cream. Wish I had my camera! Excellent presentation that turned customers heads. We highly recommend Domilocos ConFusione Italian Restaurant and will definitely be back! On our top 10 Costa Rica list!
