Restaurants Costa Rica: Chef Richard has begun his instructional classes at Lemon Zest Restaurant on Costa Rica's Central Pacific town of Jaco Beach!

Let a renowned professional chef guide you through a culinary adventure
in Costa Rica!

A variety of classes will be available from beginner to home chefs.

We will focus on technique and use of local ingredients found at Jaco's famous Ferria Farmers Market on Fridays.

We begin with a trip to the market to pick local ingredients and discuss the many possibilities that can be created from the amazing products available here locally in Costa Rica

Class sizes are limited and are available for Private classes as well.
