The rooms in this Costa Rica lodge are in a series of fourplex buildings perched on stilts and connected by covered walkways in a dense section of secondary forest set in a little bit from the main canal. Each room is spacious and clean, with varnished wood floors, painted wood walls, two double beds, ceiling fans, and plenty of cross ventilation. The covered walkways come in handy when it rains. Standard buffet meals are served in a large, screened-in dining room. There's a large, cool pool in the shape of a turtle, with children's wading pools built into the flippers. Bilingual guides and all the major tour options are available.
