The REEF LATINAMERICAN PRO SURF CONTEST AND THE CHICA REEF CONTEST IS COMING UP THIS WEEKEND IN JACÓ.

Costa Rica Surf Event held December 5-7 in front of Jaco Best Western Hotel.

This LatinAmerican Pro Surf Contest is Dec 5th-7th and is one of the most attended annual surf contests in Jacó.

The Chica Reef Contest 2009 will be held December 6th at 7:00 pm in front of the Jaco Best Western Hotel. The Chica Reef Surf contest will have seven girls between 18 and 24 years old competing for Miss Chica Reef 2009. They are: Melissa Guzmán (23 years old), Sandy Zapata (19), Sherry Rodríguez (18), Karla Fernández (23), Yanela Quesada (18), Stephanie Alvarado (19) and Kimberly Chaves (24). The first place will receive $1.500 in cash and a trip to South America to participate later in the Chica Reef International, the second and third place will receive $ 750 and $ 450, respectively, plus makeup, bathing dresses and products of the sponsors.

CHICA REEF SURF COSTA RICA EVENT SCHEDULE

· FRIDAY, DECEMBER 5. 6:00 AM Surf Championship, 10:00 AM Beach Volleyball, 12:00 MD Lunch, 3:O5 PM Closing Championship, 8:30 PM Welcome Party in Best Western Hotel.

· SATURDAY, DECEMBER 6. 6:00 AM Surf Championship, 10:00 AM Beach Volleyball and Beach Activities, 12:00 MD Lunch, 3:O5 PM Closing Championship, 8:00 PM Chica Reef International 2009.

· SUNDAY, DECEMBER 7. 7:00 AM Start of final, 12:00 MD Final of Surf, 1:00 PM Concert with Kino Lovers.

EL TORNEO REEF LATINOAMERICANO COSTA RICA Y EL CERTAMEN CHICA REEF 2009 SE REALIZARA DEL 5 AL 7 DE DICIEMBRE EN FRENTE DEL HOTEL BEST WESTERN.

Este torneo de surf Classic Latin Pro será del 5 al 7 de diciembre y es uno de los más visitados anualmente en Jaco.

El certamen Chica Reef 2009 se llevará a cabo el 6 de diciembre a las 7:00 pm frente al Jaco Best Western Hotel. Siete jóvenes de entre 18 y 24 años de edad fueron elegidas finalistas a Chica Reef 2009. Ellas son Melissa Guzmán (de 23 años de edad), Sandy Zapata (19), Sherry Rodríguez (18), Karla Fernández (23), Yanela Quesada (18), Stephanie Alvarado (19) y Kimberly Chaves (24). El primer lugar recibirá $1.500 en efectivo y un viaje a Suramérica para poder participar más adelante en el Miss Reef Internacional, el segundo y el tercer lugar obtendrán $750 y $450, respectivamente, además de maquillaje, vestidos de baño y productos de los patrocinadores. En el concurso se evaluará: piel saludable, actitud jovial, apariencia física óptima. Venga y disfrute de estas festividades.

· SABADO 6 DE DICIEMBRE. 6:00 AM Campeonato de Surf, 10:00 AM Volleyball de playa y actividades de playa, 12:00 MD Almuerzo, 3:O5 PM Cierre del campeonato, 8:00 PM Chica Reef Internacional 2009.

DOMINGO 7 DE DICIEMBRE. 7:00 AM Inicio de las finales, 12:00 MD Final de Surf, 1:00 PM Concierto con Kino Lovers.
