New Delta Flights to Costa Rica & Liberia Airports
Delta Air Lines announced the launch of nonstop flights between New York's JFK International Airport, and Costa Rica.
Due to Costa Rica's huge increase in tourism over the past years, airlines are steadily increasing their flights to Central America. New flights will land in Juan Santamaria International Airport in Central Valley San Jose, and Liberia International Airport Guanacaste in the West Northern Zone.
The new flights are scheduled to begin this week. Delta is offering a total of 31 weekly flights to Costa Rica from the United States, including routes from Atlanta, Los Angeles, and New York.
Last week the low-cost carrier ATA Airline also began direct flights from Miami to San Jose, scheduled to start March 15.
