Costa Rica's Karahé hotel has long been one of the few beachfront hotels in Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica. If you stay in one of the more expensive beachfront units, you'll have a newer room with cool tile floors, two double beds, air-conditioning, and a small patio.

The least-expensive hotel rooms are located just off the reception and offer neither views nor easy access to the Pacific ocean. Be aware that if you opt for one of the villas (the cheapest and oldest rooms in the hotel), you'll have a steep uphill climb from the beach; on the other hand, a couple of these have great views. The gardens here are quite lush and are planted with flowering ginger that often attracts hummingbirds.

This Costa Rica hotel can arrange a wide variety of tours and charters, including sportfishing ($850 for a full day). Karahé hotel is located on both sides of the road about 450m (1,476 ft.) before you reach Playa Espadilla.
