Costa Rica's Hotel Poseidon is a 14 room hotel and restaurant, located 1/2 block from Jaco's volcanic sand beaches to the west and the mountain-side tropical jungle to the east. The Costa Rica hotel is situated on one of Jaco Beach's quiet street, yet close to all the town has to offer. Our quaint rooms offer air conditioning, two double beds (with an additional single bed available), in-room security safe box, and coffee makers. Our Jaco Beach restaurant is open daily from 7am - 5pm to serve you a variety of breakfast and lunch items. For lunch, our grill will delight you with fresh mahi mahi fish tacos, hamburgers, Philly cheese steak sandwiches, burritos and much more. Dinner at Hotel Poseidon Restaurant

Evening brings life to our active, but quaint restaurant where you can hear the sounds of soft jazz or the passing locals surfers making their way from the beach.

Our chef, Patricia Ferguson, comes straight from Aspen and Denver Colorado. Patricia graduated from Johnson and Wales University in Denver and then spent a summer perfecting her skills at the Little Nell Hotel in Aspen Colorado. She now serves her "asian infused" mahi mahi, tuna, filet migñon and much more here in Jaco Beach Costa Rica. The salad dressings are homemade and the thick pieces of yellow fin tuna are caught fresh daily. We have made the decision to keep a small menu and always focus on the quality of the food served. Patricia changes the menu every few days, so diners will always have a new dish to sample.

Sky Lounge & Sports Bar
On the 3rd floor of Hotel Poseidon, is the newly remodeled and air conditioned Sky Lounge and Sports Bar. This dining option serves dinner 7 nights a week and breakfast and lunch on the weekends. With both Direct TV and Dish Network satellites, we can receive most US sporting events including NFL, NCAA, NBA, NHL and MLB games.
