Jaco Restaurants: Eclipse Restaurant at Docelunas Resort

On the premises of Docelunas Resort & Spas is the Eclipse Restaurant. It offers some of the most exquisite cuisine in the Central Pacific area of Costa Rica. The Eclipse Restaurant has an spacious open air concept, surrounded by lush tropical gardens.

They serve up creative seafood, meat, vegetarian, and vegan dishes that change weekly. Specialties include the Signature Coffee Encrusted Pork Tenderloin and Langostina (Costa Rica lobster) in brandy sauce. Dinners are served Mon - Sat 5-10pm.

Each Sunday local residents arrive for movie night. The Sunday Breakfast Buffet includes Eggs Benedict, Belgian Waffles, stuffed French Toast, Pastries, fresh fruit and typical Costa Rican fare - 4500 colonies. Appetizer and drinks specials available.
