The main house, with an ocean view restaurant and reception area, has a very large balcony and breathtaking views overlooking the ocean where you can relax, read, watch TV on a 52” screen, play games or read your email. There is a 25 meter lap pool where you can train, exercise or just play.

The Southern Pacific coast of Costa Rica is blessed with an abundance of activities and things to do ranging from bird watching to canopy and adventure tours. Things to do include snorkeling, hiking, scuba diving, surfing, sport fishing, horseback riding, UltraLights, ecotourism, mountain biking, whale and dolphin watching, swimming, kayaking, rain forest tours, the mangroves, waterfalls and the beaches of Costa Rica's Pacific. Spanish language schools are also close by. For relaxation – massage therapy and other spa services are available.

Mar y Selva Ecolodge includes 10 bungalows nestled in the trees: 6 single and 2 sets of 2 adjoining. Howler monkeys and toucans greet you along with many other beautiful birds, butterflies and other Costa Rica wildlife. One unit has a King Size bed and Jacuzzi. Others have each a Queen Size bed. Most have TV; all have a double size futon, AC/fan, fridge, a safe, hot water shower/bath tub, hair dryer and a deck with comfortable chairs.
Because of our unique location and facilities, Mar y Selva Ecolodge can accommodate groups interested in training for adventure races, triathlons, mountain biking and swim camps and yoga camps.
